Transparent terms of service for artisans, craftsmen, and small businesses launching AI marketing campaigns and conversational commerce with Pehchan.
1. Platform Scope & Pay-As-You-Go Billing
Pehchan provides automated AI creative rendering, Meta ad dispatch, and WhatsApp conversational commerce tooling. Merchants can launch micro-campaigns pay-as-you-go (starting at ₹149 / $1.80 per 2-day ad run) or subscribe to our Growth Tier ($6.00/month or ₹499/month).
2. Ownership of Craft IP & Product Images
Artisans retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of their physical craft designs, trademarks, and uploaded photographs. Pehchan holds no claim to your handmade products or brand assets.
3. Advertising Compliance & Prohibited Goods
All campaigns dispatched through our Meta Graph API integration must comply with regional laws and Meta Commerce Policies. Counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and prohibited wildlife products are strictly barred and automatically filtered by our multimodal safety guardrails.
4. Dispute Resolution & Merchant Support
